Limitation of Existing Acetyl hexapeptide-3
Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is a unique peptide that can both reduce the degree of existing facial wrinkles and prevent wrinkles’ development. Its effectiveness has been tested and proven in lab environment. However, Acetyl hexapeptide-3 has very strong hypophilic (or “water-liking”) characteristics, therefore cannot penetrate the lipophilic (or “fat-liking”) skin barrier or stratum corneum.
